396 Hz corresponds to the root chakra and liberates you from feelings of guilt and fear. The root chakra rules the adrenal glands, which produce the hormones of our survival instinct. It dictates our feeling of security, and out of tune, you may experience financial woes, insomnia, depression, back pain, or fear. In tune, you will feel grounded, centered, and fear will take the back seat while you drive, instead of ruling you. This frequency clears out subconscious beliefs that are holding you back, without having to dive deep into your “issues” in order to release them.
